Itanagar: Naharlagun police arrested two persons on Tuesday evening after intercepting a vehicle at the Banderdewa check gate, police said on Wednesday.The police recovered eight vials of heroin weighing 10.29 grams, hidden beneath the passenger seat.The accused were identified as Ratum Mengnia (19) of Dokum Colony, Itanagar, and Bimal Tao (26) of Namura village, Seijosa, the police said.
