New Delhi: A three-member delegation of Delhi BJP, led by MP Ramvir Singh Bidhuri, met Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central District, Rohit Rajbir Singh and submitted a detailed complaint alleging a false and misleading post being circulated on social media concerning BJP National President Shri Nitin Nabin.They demanded that a case be registered and an investigation and appropriate action be initiated under relevant sections of Indian Penal Code regarding the deliberate dissemination of misleading propaganda on social media alleging that BJP President Nitin Nabin consumed non-vegetarian food during the holy month of Shravan while on a South India tour.Bidhuri said that it is unfortunate that opposition parties which are unable to politically compete with BJP are misusing social media platforms and influencers to make allegations against BJP and its leaders and attempting to defame them.
