Pune: The Kalyani School, Pune, hosted “FORGE 2026 – The Business Crucible” on August 22 and 23, 2026, an inter-school business simulation conclave aimed at providing students a real-world corporate decision making stage, to use their classroom theory.Over the course of the event, participants were tested across four simulations. Teams negotiated corporate acquisitions in Boardroom Battles, presented venture plans in Pitch Perfect, crafted targeted marketing strategies in Brand Wars, and managed corporate public relations crises in Mayhem.The evaluation process was handled by a judging panel featuring industry professionals like Amit Kalyani, Dr Kavitha Iyer, and Radhika Iyer, alongside accomplished student judges.Conceived and driven by students under the guidance of teacher-in charge, Sonia Siddhanta and the commerce faculty, it made students think on their feet, defend their decisions, and adapt rapidly to changing business scenarios.
