Pune: Three Bangladeshi nationals, including two women, who were forced into prostitution and a man were arrested from the red light areas of Budhwar Peth on Tuesday night.Ashalata Khapare and a team of the Anti-Human Trafficking Unit of Pune police raided a brothel in Budhwar Peth’s red-light area and rescued two Bangladeshi women forced into prostitution. Police also arrested the brothel keeper, also a Bangladeshi migrant. They were arrested for living in India undocumented.Another man, Ranjit Patra (42) of Budhwar Peth, was also arrested in the case. “The women came to India a few months ago and were forced into prostitution,” Khapare said.
