Chennai: Madras high court on Friday enlarged Krishnan, arrested in connection with the MLA poaching case, on bail and relaxed the bail conditions of two others who were released on bail in the same case earlier. Justice G K Ilanthirayan ordered the release of Krishnan.Another person, Karthikeyaraja, had also moved the court for anticipatory bail, apprehending arrest in the MLA poaching case. Issuing notice to police and adjourning the case to Sept 2, the judge directed police not to harass him till then.Krishnan is the 14th and last person to be released on bail in the case, as the high court had already granted bail to 13 persons, including DMK MLA V Senthilbalaji and his brother R V Ashok Kumar. While hearing a connected case, the court stayed all further proceedings in the MLA poaching case.The judge also relaxed the bail conditions of Sethuraj and Rajasekar, who were recently released on bail in connection with the case.
