Fusion CX posts 128% profit jump to Rs 169 crore in FY26, files IPO addendum with Sebi

Kolkata: City-based IT-enabled services provider Fusion CX recorded a 128% jump in net profit to Rs 169 crore in 2025-26, with revenue from operations rising to Rs 1,818 crore from Rs 1,329 crore the previous year.The company has filed an addendum with Sebi updating these financials ahead of its planned IPO of Rs 1,000 crore, scheduled for later this year.US and Canada account for 85.2% of revenue, followed by India at 11.3%.By industry, telecommunications and technology contributes 47.3%, BFSI 13.5%, healthcare 13.1% and consumer and retail 12.1%. The top five clients account for 39.5% of revenue and the top ten for 49.6%.Promoter and executive director Kishore Saraogi said the results reflected “the strength of our diversified global delivery model and our continued focus on profitable, sustainable growth,” adding that investments in AI-led customer experience solutions positioned the company well for its next phase of growth.
