Bhiwandi: A Bhiwandi court on Wednesday reserved its order on the bail pleas of three accused in the TET exam leak, including Suman Gupta, wife of alleged mastermind Bijendra Gupta, till Aug 4.Appearing for the accused, advocate Shailesh Gaikwad said Suman, Sanjay Sharma and Mithun Kumar had no direct role in the paper leak.The prosecution said the allegations are serious and many accused are still absconding. It said granting bail at this stage could hamper the ongoing investigation.Meanwhile, police brought Bijendra back to Bhiwandi after taking him to his hometown in Samastipur district of Bihar and other locations to collect evidence linked to the alleged conspiracy. Sources said police are examining documents, electronic devices and other material. Police have also requested the state govt to appoint a special public prosecutor for the trial.So far, 15 persons have been arrested in the case, including two employees of an Agra-based printing press from where investigators claim the paper was leaked and supplied to the racket.
