Ludhiana: A speeding tipper rammed into three youngsters changing their car tyre on Sahibana Road in Jamalpur on Tuesday. They were injured in the accident.Jamalpur police have registered a case against tipper driver Balvir Singh, of Bhokar Gujjran village, on the complaint of Narinder Kumar of Dhandari Khurd.Complainant Narinder Kumar was travelling with his friends, Priyakant and Abhishek Gupta, at around 2.45pm when their car tyre burst at Sahibana Road. The three stopped the car on the roadside and started replacing the tyre, when a tipper truck coming from the Dhanansu hit them. The accused allegedly escaped after the accident.Investigating officer, ASI Satbir Singh said a case has been registered against the unidentified driver and police are making efforts to trace him.
