Indian Bank AGM gives nod to raise ₹5,000cr

Chennai: The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Indian Bank has approved the public sector lender to raise upto Rs 5,000 crore. In a regulatory filing, the bank said, the issue, offer and allotment shall be either by way of Qualified Institutions Placements (QIPs), Follow on Public Issue, Rights Issue or in combination thereof with or without overallotment option.
